question Kre alkalin ph buffered????

I'm asking a question. One of friend pharmacologue that i ask this question told me that is a waste to use it !!!


A ph buffer increase the ph to 12,in theorie that good for the assimilation of the creatine but in the end of the stomach the acidity of the stomach is ph 4.


So how a product ph 12 is suppose to be good in the entry in post duodemun the ph is 4. ????
