I don't watch the show, but always hear about it and see the before and after pictures of people online. Since 3j is the all things diet and nutrition guru, I was curious on what you thought about the transformations people on that show go through, and what kind of diet it takes to make a 450lb man turn into a 180lb man. I would like to hear feedback from everyone else too. I think it's pretty damn impressive for people to be able to do that, but I wonder how many people actually keep the weight off, and I wonder how someone can get so heavy in the first place.
