pullinbig said:depends on your plit. if you doin a two split many do squats and stiff legs on leg day. (once per week) then do upper on the second day. i seen some splits where the only leg movment was trap bar deads. I squat on mondays, sometimes sundays and pull deads on thursday. i alternate deads every week as well. one week full pulls, the next stiff legs, the next rack pulls. keeps me fresh so i dont overtrain. good luck UK. there is a routine in the sticky "do deads thicken waste" read the entire thread as there is some great stuff, a routine and some work outs posted. good question.

Sometimes I do sumo's as hip accessory work. I'm going to start adding Dimel Deads for lockout power once or twice a week. And since my pec seems to be better, I'll probably start doing speed deads on Dynamic Squat/DL day.

Stiff-leg deads should be on leg day. Probably the best hamstring excersise. If you choose to do SL right after squats, leg day will be very short.
