Question On First Cycle

Ive Been Reading Alot Of The Posts On First Your First Cycle I See That You Guys All Say To Start With Test, So Im Going To Do That But Also Am A Little Confused I Think I Read So Many Posts Now Im Unsure, Im 24 About 5'10" 195 Not Sure Of Body Fat But Im Pretty Lean I See That There Is A Few Different Types Of Test, Is One Better Than The Other For A First Cycle? And What Is The Difference? How Many Times A Week? And How Much Of A Dose Do You Recommend. I Apologize I Know Im Asking A Question You Guys Have Answered A Million Times Before But Im Eager To Start But Wanna Do It Right. Thanx Jim

My advice is to slow down and be a bit more patient. We are happy to answer your questions, but I strongly recommend that you spend some time really researching this stuff out prior to jumping on a cycle.
 
thanx for the replies, my caps lock was on i didnt type in capitals for any reason, and im not rushing anything thats why im asking questions, doing the research before i start, i just feel like ive plateaued at the gym and need a little more edge, any other advice would be greatly appreciated.
 
Remember that as you get bigger, you need more calories and protein. I suggest that you take in 400g of protein/day and keep increasing your calories until you start to add mass.
