I've heard and read of people taking this for months ar a time. Is that at a low dose and don't u need time to clear receptors? Thanks

receptors never need "to be cleaned" they are always active and always dying and growing. other factors come into play with some compounds like cortisol, SHBG etc.
also this is not a SARM or a steroid, its a hgh booster, alot different.
just keep doing alot of research and it will all make more sense soon

yes, you should take time off, remember your body is a machine and will at some point or another make adjustments to the supp that you are taking. taking a break isnt a bad thing
