Tabata is the idea of running an exercise for 20 seconds then a 10 second rest then repeat for 7-8 rounds.
Would this work as a routine say:
20sec Bench Press
10sec Rest
20sec Barbell Row
10sec Rest
Do for 8 rounds then move onto Isolation exercises like flyes and And lat pulldowns for 8 rounds then move onto another body part. Or would this be too excessive?
