i am new to this so maybe a daft question or questions how much water is need each day to try and loose weight is it less than when trying to bulk and what is the recomended amount each day.and is it ok to mix with some sugar free juice to try and make it taste better any help apreciated will try and do some searching on here to help me get my hbead around the diet aswell thanks.forgot to mention im 40 years old 6,2 ft tall and weigh at the min 21 stone so need to do something re this cheers
