Question regarding clenbuterol

I have done some research now on clenbuterol and I had some questions about it.

I read on forums that you need to be on 100 mcg - 150 mcg to see the full affect of fatloss with clenbuterol.

I eat around 2000- 2400 calories ( 300 g protein , 100 g carbs and 60 g fat) and my diet is really clean and I lift weights 6 times every week.

Started with 1 tablet (40 mcg ) clen and I really felt terrible, my hearts exploded the entire day (heartrate was around 120), felt dizzy, wanted to vomited and had ear rouse for a couple of hourse.
Today I took a halve tablet (20 mcg) and I feel a little better, but how can people take so much clen when I have trouble taking 20- 40 mcg? Im around 90 Kilo's 10 procent bodyfat at 1.85 M and have troubles with it

I am with you on the problems caused by Clen. I simply cannot take the stuff. Give it a few days at 20 to see if your body adjusts. If it does not, I recommend a liquid Albuterol from one of our sponsors. It is not as harsh and its halflife is only a few hours, so if you have issues they will go away fast enough.

I will do that, but at what does will clenbuterol help regarding fatloss with a good diet? Is 20 mcg enough?

Most people report good results at around 80mcg. Are you sure you are around 10% body fat? From what I have seen on this forum so far, you would have to be pretty muscular to weigh what you do at your height. I am 1.78 M and when I weighed 87 K I was slightly over 28% body fat. Same height, but now my weight is 75 K and I am around 15% body fat.

If you are not actually under 15% body fat, doing Clen or Albut will not help you much at all, it only really seems to help when you are down to those last few difficult percentages.

It absolutely can be effective at that dose as you're sensitive. The point is to increase heart rate through stimulating the adrenal glands among other parts of the nervous system. If you're still feeling an elevated heart rate at 20mcg and have some extra energy, it's definitely working.

More is not always better, especially in this game of PEDs/AAS.

My .02c :)

Im sure about my bodyfat, I let a competitive bodybuilder/coach measure it.

Would aspirine be a good idea to use with clen? Im off for 1 day right now (doing 2 days on 2 days off) and stil have headaches and my eyes hurt (maybe cause of the blood pressure)

It can't hurt, but if your bp is spiking, I'd look into that instead of trying to mask the pain. 2 days on/off defeats the purpose of allowing the receptors to refresh by the way. It's 2 WEEKS on/off. But if it's working for you, I guess that's fine. :)

If my Blood pressure is high what is the correct thing to do? Stop entirely with clen?

I also agree that a minimum of two is key to reboosting your adrenal glands. I actually take nearly the same time off as I did time on. To answer you're last post, it is a stimulant so increased blood pressure is synonymous with it. Also, keep in mind any other potential supplements or drinks that have stimulants IN ADDITION to the clen. If you quit clen, you're BP should decrease after several days.

Thanks, I will do it for 2 weeks and go off for 2 weeks then, did you have great results with clen?

Hi guys, im now on 100 mcg think a day of 9 and dont feel anything anymore from it only my arms en legs shake a bit, does clen still work or do i need to stop with it?

I had decent results but I also didn't run high doses. I would also suggest VERY highly to research T-3 before incorporating it into the cycle. Too much can up-regulate your thyroid gland to the point of harming any natural production levels. I know a couple people who developed thyroid issues that were attributed to the improper use of it. I also noticed the cramps were less prominent when I split my potassium consumption up. I ate 2 bananas per day (1 in the a.m. and 1 in the p.m.).

If you're tolerating 100mcg I'd hold steady through day 14. Take 2 weeks off then you should be able to pick up where you left off, from what I've read. Initially you build up, but after that you go back to the dose that you settled on. You also might be able to back it down to 80mcg and still see good results. Remember the advice from earlier in this thread. More is not always better.

Sorry I missed this. It really depends on what your bp is at. If you're consistently over 100 diastolic (bottom number), I would certainly think about dropping the dose, or ceasing altogether.

Totally agree with this. Your body adapts and the shakes calm down.
