Question related to gyno, help needed!

I am the type of guy that is paranoid about everything, with that said I check daily for gyno. I have discovered a mass on my left breast that has raised concern. I have always believed that when a guy develops gyno it is just below the nipple, my has however is to the right of my nipple and high (Think 2 o'clock on a clock). The mass is not sensitive or cause any pain when touched so I am not sure what to think.

What makes this even more difficult is that I am a big man so sadly I have man boobs so I am not sure if what I feel is gyno or just a fatty mass in the breast tissue.

Any thoughts?

I've heard that it will be a hard lump starting out. So, if you push your pec into your arm pit, you should feel a lump when pushed. If you don't feel a lump, then it's probably just in your head.

It is hard to tell, especially when you have fat there. I recommend getting your doc to look at it.

With fat the only real way to tell will be an ultrasound.

I am kidding and srs. You said it is at two o'clock so doesn't sound like gyno to me. I am not a gyno expert
