Alright ill start this off like this,
im 25 5'6" 170 pounds 190 was my heaviest.BF% im guessing is about 14-12% almost have a 6 pack put it that way.
for the last 4 years ive been training on and off this year being my most intense.
Im starting off on what i concluded to be the staple of starting cycles that being
Test/500mg/week and Dbol 30mg a day
i have my Arimidex as well to cycle on with it.
Ive done my research and im fairly certain im going to use nova for my PCT.
I have a few questions tho,
1) Biggest concern is bitch tits, Arimidex helps prevent this correct?
2) how many liters of water should i intake each day?
3)is it safe to use creatine or testosterone boosters during cycle?
4)do i use the test pre workout?
5)should i use the 22 or 23 gauge syringe?
6) how many grams of protein a day do i need? i hear 1gper pound but some say 2.
I would really appreciate novice advice on this even tho i have researched well into this its just comforting to hear from ppl who know what they are doing. Thanks!
