Questions about Clen + discussion!

This is the first time i'm going to use a cutting agent, and so i've decided to chose clen.
Im around 11% BF, i started my cut a little too late this year, so i didn't make it to sub 10.
Im expecting to have my clen by next week, so i'm going to finish my research before i receive it.
I've got: Astralean (Clenbuterol HCL) Alpha Pharma 40mcg taps
Im gonna list my questions, but before that im gonna give a little more info:
-I am currently doing push-pull-legs-push-pull-legs-rest as my routine, im training for around 1½ hour at a time and intensely.
-I am doing IF, so i wake up and go to the gym at around 10-11am, and i will be back from the gym at around 12-13pm, which is followed by my breakfast, which consists of around 50-60% of my daily macros (yes i eat meats for breakfast). I continue with my last meal being around 6-9 hours after my breakfast.
- My diet is: Around 200g protein, low/no carbs, rest is fats. I just recently lowered my carbs to this, and im expecting to do moderate carbs and lower my fats to fit my kcal, as for when i start my clen cycle.
-I recently started incorporating some cardio.

TL;DR straight to QUESTIONS
1. How should my training routine be? So im wondering if i will end up with a heart attack if i continue with what im currently doing while on clen, as it will increase my heart rate.
2. How should my diet be? Considering the above, do you think it is fine like that?
3. How should i spread the doses? I've read a lot about this, but it is all contradictory. Im thinking about taking my doses from breakfast to like 3-4pm. So most importantly, no clen before my workout, but does it really matter, as clen has a half life of like 38 hours? I've also considered taking it all with my breakfast, but would it be rough for my body when i reach the 100mcg, to take it all at once?
4. Does it make a difference if i take my doses with a meal or on an empty stomach?

I'm not expecting maximum results on this first cycle, but im gonna use it for stuff like finding out how my body reacts on different doses and how i spread the doses, etc..
