questions about clen

i am 5 foot 9 at 213 pounds i am trying to cut 30 lbs of fat. i just have some questions.

what cycle should i do?

should i start at 20 mcg and move up everyday or every couple of days?

will i be fine with this in my system if my job is construction and im out in the heat for 10 hours or so?

when is the best time to take it?

should i keep away from caffeine while on clen?

should i stop taking all the dietary supplements i am now?

does my diet look clean enough for clen? here is my diet:

545am - 2 cups of unsweetened apple sauce

730 am - 4 eggs and a cup pf brown rice

10am - handful of almonds and a hand full of raisins

noon - 3 cups of baby spinach and 1 8 oz chicken breast

2 pm - 2 chicken breasts and 2 cups of brown rice

4 pm - apple

7 pm - 8 oz of turkey 3 cups of spinach and a sweet potato

Let meu start butat saying i amget nochecking expert. Just a bro helpingi another bro. Thaat being said im sure others can offer some personal experiences to help u out. First off i will tell u what everyone else will tell u. U need to not only know ur bf% but post it as well. Secondly if were talking double digits which i assume we are at ur height ur really gonna want to take another look at ur cardio program before just jumping on clen. Not to say clen wont work cuz it will help.
Also how long has ur diet looked that way? because u should be fairly lean with that nutrition plan. Maybe check out 3j man. He can really help u tune it up.
as far as clen goes...20mcg is fine to start. Last time i went up in increments of 20 and aside from the shakes..i liked it. Standard 2 wks on 2the wks off. Try to stay under about 160 mcg/ day that high on avg. Theres alot of info on clen here so use that search bar.
Stay plenty hydrated. U should be okay in the sun. My job is ROUGH and i managed. Doses should be split in half and taken twice a day. Try not to take with 5a hrs of bed...could kep i awake. And best time ive learned for cardio is early morning. Take first dose on empty stomach and get straight into ur cardio. U should see some pretty dramatic effects after just a couple weeks if u push irself.

it is 17 percent and i usually do the stair master 15- 20 min daily on level 10 and my diet has been that way for 6 months and i have thinned out i used to 240 before i started and should i do 2 weeks on 2 weeks off then 2 weeks on or what? also i usally box like heavy bag for 9 minutes and speed bag for 9 minutes

im new to the forum so i dont know if it is ok but do you have any site recommendations? thanks for the great help man and also did you experience any cramps and is it ok to continue to take some of my other natural substances while on clen (some have caffeine) or not? also i plan to run for 30 min before work (plus being on a construction site for 10 hours is boss enough) and 30 min at the gym any other suggestions to a cardio plan?
 
Just remember whatever u do for cardio..push it! Push urself to find ur threshold and learn ti break thru it and u will have great results.
As far as other diet supplements or stimulants..steer clear for your 2westetn wks on period. Off weeks is alright i suppose. I didnt even take preworkout during on weeks with clen. Im not the SME on it but thats my personal experience.

did you pay attention to your temperature at all? and do you suggest a certain website because i dont know if mine is good

U wont get a website from me or anyone else really unless ur incredibly lucky. Hang around a while. Do some research. Read read read and get that post count up. And dont worry bout ur temperature..u may get hot out at work..just suck it up.

Coming in from your other thread regarding your diet versus clen. Here's my honest opinion:
5:45am - Sugar and no protein.
7:30am - Better, but a cup of rice is a lot of carbs.
10am - Fat and sugar. Some fat is good, but almonds are a big source of calories.
noon - Good meal in my opinion.
2:00pm - That's a TON of carbs already and now you're adding 2 more cups...
4:00pm - More sugar.
7:00pm Very good dinner.

I honestly don't want to break down the macros you have here, but yes - you do have some work to do on your diet. I do not think clen will do for you what you're hoping as you could easily make some tweaks to your diet and see really good fat losses. Take the money you were going to spend on clen and I'd invest it with 3J over at 3J's Nutrition | Diet and fitness consulting to get you to the next level. . He'll not only come up with a badass custom plan for you, but you'll learn how to change things up to optimize your food intake to meet your goals. I just hate the thought of a young guy developing a heart murmur because he didn't have the knowledge to help himself before turning to chemicals when it can all be done naturally. 30lbs isn't a lot of weight to lose, and once you make the proper changes - it'll be gone before you know it. :)

Edit: I would at the very least head to the diet forum and post up your diet there for them to look at. I'm not an expert on nutrition by any means, but that's my take on things.

well first off i am not going to pay 3j a person i have never met and who has never met me nor has checked out my body in real life. the reason i follow this is because my football lifting coach is a doctor and was a body builder he has watched me grow in the past 5 years and thats why he set up that diet that way because what i am doing is cutting/building at the same time and he knows me very well. i will post my diet there for tweaks but i will not pay someone who has never seen me nor will and probably doesnt care and is just doing it for the dough also if i end up not taking clen would you recommend me using oxy elite pro (old formula) as a substitute because i have read up on real good reviews about that stuff

Your call my man. I'm just telling you what has worked for me and many other 'ology readers. If your coach is so amazing, maybe you should talk to him about clenbuterol? :p
