1)is solid form of protein better then shakes like tuna meat etc..my point of view it is
2) are protien bars better then protien shakes since there solid
3) im 9% BF so if i wanted to trim down a little more would dyamtize methx help me keep my muscles..because im using it now and in 1 week the pumps were strong and i got bigger with out no fat..obviously the rest is trianing and nutrition
4) any other supplements better than dymatize meth x
5) i run alot as well like 4 times per week and split body part weight trining 3 times per week..i was aondering insterad of running 4 times per week would cycling on machine low intesity for like 45minutes target the fat only not muscles
6)is it alright to do wieghts in the afternoon and cario in the morning on the same day. for a bit of muscle groth and fat loss, or should i gain heaps of muscle first then trim don on cycling machine
