questions HELP!

i am thinking about taking a sust. deca d-bol cycle whats the best way to take this or is it even a good cycle iam looking to bulk up. i taken a 4 other cycles. 2 were t-400 deca 300 1cc of each every 7 days for 10 weeks after the cycles was over i would take clomid 1 tab a day for a week then 2 tabs a day for a week total of 21 tabs in all. got good gains 15 lbs on one 18 on the other but i dont get to keep alot of my gains. the dude that i got it from said thats all i need was 21 tabs of clomid to keep most of my gains. i think his is full of you know what. the other 2 cycles were sust. eq and a test 200 deca d-bol cycles.im 6"2' 215 started at 180 most of my wieght is in my upper body legs dont grow like i want them to. what do i need to do to keep most of my gains i dont like to throw away money. any addvice :dunno: :mad:

Standard Clomid post cycle therapy (pct) is as follows;
Day 1 - 300mg
Day 2-11 - 100mg/day
Day 12-21 - 50mg/day
.....................................that works out to 36 - 50mg tabs Clomid.


As an example, a classic Sust/Deca/D-bol cycle would be something like this;
Weeks 1-4 - D-bol @ 25-30mg/day
Weeks 1-10 - Sust @ 500mg/week
Weeks 1-10 - Deca @ 300mg/week
 
welcome to the board..
SC laid out an entire cycle including post cycle therapy (pct) for you..
if you cant grow off of that then something is wrong with your diet and/or training

i get good gains i have a problem keeping them

i go to fatigue on squats about 75% of the time 4 sets of 10
leg press 4 sets of 10-12
leg exten. 3 sets of 15 same as leg curls
every thing 1 time a week some times i ad lunges

I used to have a very similar routine for legs. The time my legs finally started to grow was when I dropped leg presses and went balls to the wall with squats. My current squating regiment looks like this...

135x10
155x10
185x10
225x10
275x8
315x10 total fatigue
345x6 total fatigue
275x8 total fatigue

Try to keep reps right arounf the 10 range for the most part, but hit that 6 rep set every couple weeks. You will be plenty sore from this too. Give it a try...your legs won't get smaller trying something different and you have nothing to lose and everything to gain by learning how your body reacts to different things. Let us know how it goes too.

I do deads and some ham work too, but no other compound movements. BTW, I am coming back from a back injury, so my numbers aren't where I want them to be. 8 months of no squating really puts a person back.
