Questions on best cycle for muscle gains and keeping bf low

ya i actually do which kind of sucks, im in school full time now and i do boxing and mma on the side and weightlifting plus i used to be a national swimmer so thats why i burn so many calories each day, i just heard if you take too much calories in excess you will just gain pure fat which i dont want to do

Well if you're not gaining any weight at all how can you be worried about fat? Either cut some activities or add calories. Steroids won't give you dick with your diet the way it is. Where you do you think the size and weight gains come from when on cycle? They can only come from your diet. The law of conservation of mass and 1st law of thermodynamics come into play here, muscle will not magically appear and fat will not magically disappear with or without steroids. It's in your diet

ok ill try up calories and see where im at in a month and revisit the idea of taking depending on my gains, thanks
 
I apologize if I came across as rude or an ass brother, it just irks me that ppl are so carb crazy (not necessarily you but the population in general). Def read up on Lyle McDonald, Alan Aragon, and will brink. They know their shit.

I think you should give it a little more then a month bro. Don't go getting discouraged if your not where you wanna be in 30 days. Some people, including yourself, may not like this, but I would suggest a dirty bulk. Your so lean I don't really think it could hurt, especially since your just looking for mass. When I was vastly underweight I just ate anything and everything. Eat every 2-3 hours. Get some protein shakes and maybe throw in some creatine. I feel it's easier to put the mass on first, then tone it up after. It's a process. I've been lifting for about 7 years and I'm still trying to tone up a bit more.

^^give It more than a month. Give it at least 4-6months of SOLID diet and training. Set your macros, track them, and stick to them religiously. Get a good beginner workout, do the big compound lifts (squats, deads, bench, overhead pressing, etc), recover properly and you will see results. Even a dirty bulk at your height and weight won't make you a fat slob in a few short months but could get you some nice lbm and better numbers on your core lifts.
 
Go talk to 3j. With a good carb cycling diet you can put on some good lean weight. Your diet can improve I guarantee that. Also test for first cycle is what is always recommended. That way you know how your body will react to it. I would t suggest tren on cycle 2 maybe 3 or 4. I personally think the stuff is too harsh.
