Questions on best cycle for muscle gains and keeping bf low

Hey guys,

Im new to the community even though ive read loads on here. I'm curious about taking a cycle, what i hope to achieve is gaining of weight and keeping a low bodyfat. For this i was considering test prop and tren, but then after research people say it shouldnt be done as a beginner. Most say take test only first cycle, any help with a beginner cycle to gain mass and get shredded?

P.S, been lifting for almost 3 years now, im 6'2, 160, 9% bf
