Questions on Steroids and Hair Loss

Hey fellas,
I have a couple questions regarding steroids and hair loss. Any info is appreciated.

1) What are the options that are a little less harsh on hair loss? I am already on the thin side and not wanting it all to shed like a scared dog. Have done 5 cycles over 4 years and didn't pay close enough attention to what it would do to my hairline. It definitely accelerated about 10 years what was probably already in the cards.

2) I have been taking .5-.75 mg ED of Liquid Dutasteride from RUI for over a year. While this is a long slow approach toward hair re-growth, will the fact that I take it religiously help prevent a cycle from doing damage? I would assume that the 95% reduction in DHT that Dutasteride provides, would continue the same performance while on cycle.

Short version: I don't want to trade hair for muscle gain...but would like to see if there are options that won'e be as aggressive on the dome. Thanks!

THe link below had the best info I could find online, but I am more interested in if the Liquid Dutasteride will sufficiently fight off the DHT. Anyone know someone from RUI that can weigh in unofficially?

Those are the safest compounds to use if hair loss is your number one concern. You can run any of these compounds at fairly high dosages with just a small dose of test for a base.

some people say that DHT derived steroids like primo and masteron are the worse for hair loss, however, there is a big difference between "dht derived" and actual conversion to dht in the body , "dht derived" is NOT dht.
I've had no hairless with primo or mast.

from what I hear, tren is the worst on the hair line.

Haha. I am nowhere near shaving level. The front is just thinning somewhat rapidly and it is getting obvious. Amazing how quickly it can go in 5 years. 5 years ago, I was known for my thick head of wavy curls. Guessing it was divorce and juice that got me. Haha.

This is basically what I have learned through searches as well. Was looking to run Test E and Tbol. Really want to know what the capability of Dutast is for protection. Been using it anyway and don't plan to stop...just hoping someone who truly knows can weigh in and tell me it will or will not help protect me from losing more due to AAS.

Creatine actually increases dht levels by a fair amount I've read somewhere also. Surprised me

i've been blasting and cruising for 3 years exactly, and one cycle before that so a total for 4 years AAS exp. i've have i think 5 tren runs @ up to 700mg a week, NPP mildly at 350 a week, test up to 1000mg a week once for 8 weeks, tbol... then i tried masteron.

nothing really hit my hairline too hard... at all. not even tren at 700mg a week. or test at a gram a week.

i've been on masteron now for only about 6 weeks i think at most, at only 350-400mg a week. and that hit my hairline the most. my dad is 62 with a full head of hair.. its just a little thin, but no high hairline or anything. there is no baldness in my family. i want to drop the masteron just because of my hair but my i'm not ready for tren yet!

silly question .... why dont you just go to the doctor, and ask him for finasteride/dutasteride? it's so easily obtained..

As my original post states, I already have Dutasteride and have been taking it for over a year. I was only wondering if there was a Dutast expert out there that could tell me if being on Dutast would help prevent hair loss while on cycle or if a cycle was just too much for it to kill all the DHT.

Don't have any experience with Dutasteride but been on Finasteride for over a year now and it did not do shit for me. Mind you, I was only on 200 mg test a week ( trt ). Had to stop my trt few months back because I was shedding like crazy and lost way too much hair in a 2 year period. Just unbelievable how quick it came down being just on test. So at the end like someone above said, you will have to make a choice between muscles and hair

i'm sorry to hear that bro. i've been shedding for years but its not MPD, i think its called diffused hair loss, and it finally stopped when i started taking propecia (finasteride).
according to all the biological men in my family i dont think i'm even i'm predisposed to being bald. my maternal grandpa died at 95 with a full head of white hair...nobody's bald or even has a bad hairline.

finasteride does have side effects... i have experienced none. the only effects i've experienced is hair thickening/ regrowth whatever you wanna call it; my hair looks better when i'm on it. that reminds me, gotta renew my prescription.

side note: i've used the most powerful steroids under the sun, masteron made me shed the most at only 350mg a week, but aside from steroids.. when i tried using accutane (while i was cruising) @ 10mg a day i was absolutely SHOCKED at how much hair would fall off my head just 2 weeks in. i was shocked at how much it dried my skin. that is an evil drug
