Questions regarding traumatic testicular injury, AAS, and TRT....

A man who I have known for 10+ years is a 28 y/o. We grew up together, and have always rode motocross. For his entire life, up to 26 y/o this guy was always that one person in the group to stay the most LEAN and have good muscle development year round.

Typically he would weigh around 205, 5'11- less than 15%.

In 2010 this man had a motocross crash where he got hung up on the bars- and all tangled with the bike as he wrecked. He ruptured one of his testicles and severely bruised the other, compromising blood flow for some time. (shit i know)

By 2012 he had recovered his other injuries from the wreck, but his BODY was not the same. He had never reached even close the the same muscle mass or leanness. Even after focused training for 6 months, he was not building muscle, and his focus and intensity were way off.

Total test levels came in LOW at 208- in 2012.

His Doc told him that he was well below the limits that he could be prescribed TRT.

SO- now that you have the back story- this man is considering committing to the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) program, and he even wants to start of with a cycle of AAS (his first) to make gains.

Since he has had such low Test in his system would he be okay running a long cycle then starting his testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)?

thoughts?
