when use talk about steroid cycles and say to have eg. 500 mg/week of test
does that mean if im using sustanan 250 i would only have 2 ml? or does that mean to have 5 ml.. thanks

you got it. sust 250 contains 250mg per 1ml so 2ml = 500mg
