Yeah if it works use it. I say the doctor is crap because he should have tested for estrogen. So either he's incompetent or he wants to get more visits out of you. Either way crap.

It is scary if this Dr really is an endo and did not test E2. I agree. Hell even if it was a GP its scary but and Endo, wow.

I'm pretty sure the effect Raloxifene has on IGF-1 is neglible... Hasn't affected my gains at 60mg ED.
Although gyno won't get any smaller than it already has. I have to get the glands cut out eventually, it's set in. Even prami+ralox won't do much more.
Also, IIRC SERMS don't cause prostate cancer rather they are being studied to prevent/treat BPH (atleast Raloxifene last time I checked).

The effect on IGF-1 is dose dependent: at your dose the effect should be insignificant as seen in these studies, among others:

Raloxifene decreases serum IGF-I in mal - PubMed Mobile
However, at higher doses the effect becomes more pronounced - studies show up to 30% decreases in igf-1 levels, which is worrying for gains.

So I've been on Raloxifene for 4 weeks and so far no luck in lump reduction. However, I got tested Estradiol few days ago, here are the results: 29.65 ng/L (reference: 7.61 - 43.11). What do you think, should I get some aromasin? Would it help in combination with Raloxifene?

No your e2 is fine and dont expect anything for at least 8 weeks very minimum and it takes months-usually longer than that.
Since raloxifene didn't help so far, I decided to combine it with 12.5 mg aromasin ED. But I've also seen recommendations for Prami. Could anyone tell me more about it? Could it acually help in my case? What short and long term side effects can I expect? Is it really worth a shot?
