Rate my diet?

Put on 10 pounds in 5 weeks on a bulk, naturally I might add.

Gained roughly 2% bf. looking to cut now.

Just thought this diet up in bed, counting calories tomorrow, but what do you guys think

Meal 1: 6 egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal

Snack: 1.5 scoop protein, almonds

Meal 2: chicken breast with whole wheat bread, green beans

Snack: 1 cup Greek yogurt with honey and spinach

Meal 3: work out shake (1.5 scoop protein, 1 scoop carb)

Pre bed snack: 1 cup low fat cottage cheese with almonds or peanut butter
