jzust seeing what u guys think about my food intake today! Trying to lean bulk!

8:00 2 scoop on 100% whey
1 bananna
1T natural peanut butter
12oz fat free milk

10:00 6 whites 2 whole eggs
1/4 cup fat free chedder cheese
2pcs whole wheat bread
8oz fat free milk

Workout

12:30 pwo shake 2 scoop 100% whey
12oz fat free milk
2/3 cup oats


1:30serving of ground turkey/chicken chili
1pc whole Wheat bread
 
4:30 (right now) 2 cans tuna
Can green beans
8oz fat free milk

7:00 6 egg whites
8oz ff milk
Veggies

Before bed 2 scoops whey
12oz milk
1 cup cottage cheese

cool whats your weight and height..and what is your weight your aiiming for
 
I've been sick for awile and lost alot of muscle so right now I'm 6'2 about 220, I'd like to get to 230-235 and with muscle memory I think it's very possible, today Is my first day of p plex so I'll be running that
 
I have a bad problem not being able to eat alot so for me this isn't bad! I have always been like this it sucks

my aim is to have 7 meals

to have 50 g protein 50 g compex carbs and 20 g good fat..this will buk you up with not putting much fat...

Eg.
45 g of the matrix 2 tbsp peanut butter 50g waxy maize.yumm..:)
