raw eggs

You just proved my point. If you ate the egg yolks, too, you wouldn't get a biotin deficiency--so the yolks are completely relevant and so is the nutrition they contain. Now seriously, sit on your hands the next time you have a thought.

no, you implied that biotin deficiency is caused by eating too many whites, (which is not the case) and can be remedied by eating yolks (which is also not the case).

the problem arises when you eat uncooked egg whites, which contain avidin, an enzyme that binds to biotin in the yolk. Simply eating yolks along with raw egg whites would accomplish nothing.

Vitamins, once again, are irrelevant to this entire issue.

No, I implied that it is caused by eating ONLY the whites of eggs, obviously excluding the egg yolks. Which have you eaten the yolks too, you wouldn't have the risk of receiving a biotin deficiency. Re-read my post.

DOES ANYONE REALIZE THIS IS THE SAME GUY WHO PUT ON 30 LBS OF MUSCLE W/PHOSPHAGEN

does that really matter or pertain to my intelligence to ability to acquire information and research? No. Why are you a little bitch too? Steroidology used to be full of informative mature users, now I am not so sure any more.

besides, all I see from you is flame, inappropriate content and racial slurs.

AND YOU ARE REFERRING TO YOURSELF AS INFORMATIVE AND MUTURE FOOL? 30 LBS OF LEAN MUSCLE IN 3 MONTHS A 6% BF IS IMPOSSIBLE, THEREFORE MAKING A LIAR/AND A BITCH/BITCH

Look, none of you have to believe my results but I, my workout partner and friends where actually HERE to witness them. I couldn't care less what a bunch of 16 year olds who contribute nothing to the community have to say on that topic. None of you were present to witness the results. So as you may not believe me, you also have no grounds to disprove me, seeing as the only proof is that you have not achieved the same results.

And anyone who knows anything about body building knows it's all about diet, sleep, routine and GENETICS.

Ok Paladin, We Believe You, But If You Had Those Results Why Question All Of Us Sixteen Year Olds Who Can't Acheive Those Results Anyway? Lol

I am not questioning you, you are questioning and flaming me. I am defending my point of view and results.

Please stay on topic of raw eggs as thread title insists.

Cook your eggs. Youll get the full amount of protein and other nutrients that way. Suareezy is correct.

so that 25g is closer to 13g.

soooooooo significant.
Suar please don't take this as me siding with this Palidin guy, but my issue with those studies is they are always done with a either a) pure egg whites cooked vs raw or b) a skewed yolk to white (typically 1 yolk per 4 whites) cook vs raw. i can never find a 1:1 ratio of yolk to white cooked vs raw study.

lets not forget that the "yolk" does not suffer from 1/2 BV only the raw egg white does...so in essence your looking at roughly 90+% yolk protein use and 50% egg white use. so basically ~70% is use able. in theory. also these studies never take into account other food in the stomach to slow down and hold the raw egg white in the stomach for the acid there to have a chance to break anything down. i believe with food present it may also help break down the enzyme that prevents it normally. this however IMO.

for me i personally eat cooked and raw ona daily basis cause i am lazy and dont feel like cookign them some times. but i do not do it all the time eitehr. it depends on how i feel at the time.

and how ever you look at it whole eggs are 10x better than whites alone. either raw or cook. IMO :insane2:

im sure you know more about this than me, so comming from you, ill take your word for it. ive never really delved too deeply into eggs. the basics (whole eggs > egg whites, cooked > uncooked) are sufficient for me.

I wouldn't say i "know" more, i probably seen just as much as you on it. I just question the lack of 1:1 ratio cooked vs. raw and the lack of other "foods" present in the stomach. both of those suggest to me there **might** be a lil more to it than the studies suggest.

but yes you are right that (whole eggs > egg whites, cooked > uncooked) are for the most part the best advise than can be tossed out for those who care to ask.

Unfortunately that is wrong.

Doesn't matter if you eat the yolk or not.
