Large Raw egg yields around 3g of digestible protein, Large cooked egg yields 6-7g of digestible protein.

If you still insist on raw, Make sure you get free range eggs. Or even better eggs by a company called Davidson's. They hold the only patent for a pasteurization process so there is guaranteed to be no salmonella or bacteria that will fuck you up.

You definitely do not want salmonella my son had a bout with it last year....wound up in the hospital. Its symptoms are very deceiving. Cook them they taste better too!!!!

thats right... that means if you were to eat 100g (theoretically) of raw eggs, you would only get 75g worth.. that's the math..
 
the most protein comes from a poached egg. something about scrambling them lowers the nutrition. Will find article and post details
 
Pasteurized egg whites dont taste bad at all with just a little bit of protein powder stirred in.

GREAT for quick protein
 
i drink pasteurized egg whites in the mornings i work outta town with no cooking devices. is that cool? am i getting the 95% bioavailability?
 
i like to put a little chicken and veggies in mine, cook faster in omlette form too, no more then 5 min and healthy as shit.

Seriously though, when you buy the pasteurized eggs, can you buy them as an egg white only, or do you just buy an egg and somehow separate them?

sweet. its starting to be a habit of mine now. its not like egg whites taste great cooked by themselves anyway(i usually fry em with some whole eggs) so why not just pound em back and be done with it? lol

put in a scoop of chocolate protien powder.. I know it sounds gross as hell but it actually makes it taste real good.. kinda like cake batter.

ya I use a little vanilla powder too.
Dont add alot or the it will be clumpy and youll gag on that shit, lol.
