Here are some benefits of Bodybuilding:
1. It strengthens the muscles.
2. It increases the body’s flexibility.
3. It increases resistance to injury.
4. It increases bone mass and mobility.
5. It helps reduce the risk of heart disease
and lowers the levels of LDL cholesterol.
6. It helps keep the body in good shape promotes the overall health of the body.

I don't disagree.

Basically this form of exercise is improving one's health. true.
Flexibility may not be improved in some, because not all of us stretch. For example, a male bodybuilder who's been lifting 10 years without stretching would have much less flexibility than any average guy walking the streets. I have to stretch my partners shoulders so he doesn't get "rounded shoulders" and end up with an impingement syndrome. & because he is so bulky, I have to lay him down, use my entire body to make sure I'm doing the stretching right..

The one I agree with the most is 4: weighted exercise DOES increase bone density which is important for older women.

& its good to look nice naked...lol
 
Body building has many benefits and all of them are not physical. However, there is always the drawback that once you are all pumped up you may be called on more often to lift furniture, or other heavy objects, hopefully by attractive members of your gender of choice. Body building makes you feel better about yourself in all areas of your life; you are stronger and more capable mentally and physically. You gain confidence, dedication and drive all by building muscle.
