Reading Labels, on food products. Help!

Okay I'm 6'2 and 180 lbs trying and em on a cycle right now. I want to know what and how to read labels on foods. I see that if you wanna get big you want calories and Carbs and protein. Now whats all the other junk please explain how to read labels if i was trying to get big but eat cleans and be cut what would i want how many calories would I need? or should I be looking for protein? how much if that's the case. HELP ME OUT!!! Please!!!
 
make sure the protein adds up to 2 x body weight. calories and carbs are good, dont get them from junk food though. eat sweet patatos. sodium and sugar is bad if your cutting. dont avoid it all together though. try to get some fatty acids. not too much though. um....did i miss anything....oh yea try to get in ~5000 cals/day. get some "N-large" for that.

oh yea and stay away from yellow 5.

basically, when you are on a bulking cycle, you want to get as much clean calories into your system, so what i suggest you do is just eat all the lean beef, chicken and all the good bulking foods....for that reference, refer to the "good bulking foods" stickey on the top of this forum.
 
you shouldnt be on a cycle if you dont have your diet down pack your diet should come first then a cycle so that you can optimize your gains
