Real or fake, Dbol, and winstrol?

I have two pills here. the red one is said to be Dbol and the Blue one is said to be Winstrol. the blue one is a round tablet that is blank on one side and says L490 on the other. The red Dbol is in pill form it is the capsul that is red but i opened one up and the powder inside is white and if you look at the powder in the light it kinda has some sparkles to it. Has anyone seen ether of these before and if so are they good? Should i Take them or not? I have pictures coming soon.

sounds like for the dbol could be a ugl but the one said to be winstrol sounds really shady to me, but thats my opinion.
