Just wondering if there fakies seem to be diffrent sized bottles

Most 10ml bottles from EC are faked as they only sell in 5ml vials. Check out EC's site and it'll tell you how to tell the real from fake.

Its fake. One way is the litmus test. You put the bottles up on a table and see the level the gear is the same or not.
If its uneven, its fake.

If both bottles are different sizes, how the hell is the gear sopposed to be level with each other? Thats a horribile way to go off of.
