Rear Delt Help

Since I use my shoulders alot when pressing, my front and side delts are becoming out of proportioned to my rear delts. I usually only hit my rear delts every 5 or 6 days with about four sets. But now I need to put a little more emphasis on the area. I'd appreciate some feedback on exercises, set/rep schemes, frequency, etc. for a routine prioritizing rear delts. Anything that has worked for you. Thanks in advance bros.

I dunno. All I do for mine is bent over lateral raises, and I feel like they get plenty of stimulation from that and deadlifts.

heavy back work hits um. pullin deads hit um. why isolate them when you can hit um in a compund movement that will give you more bang for the buck.

Seated DB cleans really pack on mass all across the shoulder girdle, allows for a greater pull back than do BB move.

do them with back--

bent over heavy laterals followed by reverse pec deck-- 4 sets each--
