Recovery time on steriods?

Instead of working each bodypart once every 6 days "Off" steriods. Can I workout each body part once every 4 days "On" steriods?

First time steriod user. Whats better?

1. Chest/Triceps
2. Back/Biceps/Forearms
3. Legs/Shoulders/Traps/Abbs
4. Off
5. Off
6. Off
7. Again

*Able to work out each body part 5 times in 4 weeks.

I need help with recovey issues and packing on the most musle on my cycle without over training.
 
Just stick with 3-4 days a week and use heavy compound movements without too much volume or accessory work. Just because on juice does not mean you should overtrain either. Your body still needs rest and recovery. Try using every other day rather than three days in a row.

Off
Triceps/Shoulders/Traps
Legs/Calves/Abbs

2 compunds per muscle group plus a isolation?

This is ok. I would prefer to do

chest/tris
back/bis/forearms
off
shoulders/traps
legs/calves/abs

try 5 sets of 4-6 for compound movement for each muscle group. Then two isolation movements in the 8-12 rep range.
 
I just switched to
Sunday ..legs
Monday..chest/bis
tues..off
wed...back
thurs..off
fri..shoulders/tris
sat..off

I see a huge improvement already

5 sets of 6-8 exercises is a bit much, routine is fine though
 
its more than that bro if you notice my routine secondaries arent getting hit again right away and i have the whole weekend off upper body entirely ,, you dont want to hit chest on monday then tris on tuesday , know what i mean

Yea i know. im doing this now.

Day1 Chest/Triceps/Abbs
Day2 Off
Day3 Back/Biceps/Forearms
Day4 Off
Day5 Legs/Shoulders/Traps/Calves/Abbs
Day6 Off
Day7 Repeat

5 day rest per muscle group instead of 6 :P

my new workout im starting tomorrow looks similar

Monday-Back/Biceps
Tuesday-Chest/Triceps
Wed-off
Thur-Legs/traps
Fri-Shoulders/Biceps/Triceps

im incorperating working my arms 2 days a week for this routine,ive reached a plateau on my arm growth so im gonna work them 2 times a week for 4-6 weeks and see if i can gain somw more size on my arms
