recreate & Oxyelite pro

I am 5'6, 133lbs, 23 years old. I do many ab exercises and swim 3-4 times a week. I do not lift weights anymore because I am naturally toned and when I lift weights I end up looking "butchy" The only thing that I need to lose weight in is my stomach. I have started Oxyelite pro and recreate (1cap each 2x daily) My diet is in check and need to know if this is actually going to work or am I wasting my time? my body fat is right under 15% but I still have that "pudge" that every woman wants to get rid of.

Diet

Breakfast- Egg Whites, Yogurt
Snack- Apple with Peanut Butter
Lunch- Tuna, with a salad
Snack- Strawberries/Protein Shake'
Lunch- High protein meal with low carb
Snack- egg whites or low carb food

I dont really know much about Oxyelite exept that is has thermogenic effects.

Honestly, abs are made in the kitchen, if you have fat around your midsection, you can do as many ab excercises as your doing, & the abs just won't show.. Trust me I know, that is my problem area for sure.

I see your diet, & doesn't seem like many cals at all, do u have dinner ? the last meal you posted is snack after lunch.

I sugegst you start loging in everyting you eat, so you can really know how many cals/pr/fat/carbs your eating. A good site to do this is (fitday.com).

Did you have your body fat % tested ? 15 % is very low for a women.

I think what's going to get you those abs is your diet & cardio, swiming is a great cardiovascular excercise... If you are at 15 % body fat & you diet is in check, you would IMO be able to notice abs.

You can post your diet, & break it down with macros.
