I am 5'6, 133lbs, 23 years old. I do many ab exercises and swim 3-4 times a week. I do not lift weights anymore because I am naturally toned and when I lift weights I end up looking "butchy" The only thing that I need to lose weight in is my stomach. I have started Oxyelite pro and recreate (1cap each 2x daily) My diet is in check and need to know if this is actually going to work or am I wasting my time? my body fat is right under 15% but I still have that "pudge" that every woman wants to get rid of.
