meals on camp victory isn't a problem.
my first meal is is at midnight, I eat in the chow hall, and grab a meal to go to eat after PWO (i workout at 2 am), then I eat breakfast (7am), and lunch (11am), so i get 4 meals plus 2 shakes a day.

MRE=meals rejected by ethiopians(sp) :)

most range in the 900 to 1100 cal per package (at least when i was in 4 yrs ago they did, i doubt they changed much since then) and a shit load of sodium

It's the same. The only difference is that powder milk has no water. If it's fat free it contains 35% protein, 47% lactose. Very good weight gainer. I add about 40 gr to my whey shake and together with the oats, I get a nice weight gainer.

I use powdered milk and to be honest i cant see any difference other than it mixes the protein better. no little lumps
