I am a 43 year old man. 5 foot 7, 170lbs 30% body fat.

From childhood I have always been very un-muscular/thin; although I never worked out that much.

In my early 40s I began to get fat (pot belly) and a weak back. I started to work out about 2 years ago and worked out 4-5 days a week for about one year with a trainer.

While I was able to lose the weight and gained a bit of muscle, the muscle gain was very small (still looked like a skinny guy). I did get discouraged and stopped working out and of course lost all the muscle and gained back the weight.

I am ready to get back in the gym and want to try either steroids, HGH, or testosterone. I am not looking to get "huge" just look "normal". If someone could give me advise on a program I would be really appreciative.

try to search or get ahold of user 3J on here , he is great with this stuff , thats who u wanna talk to . sounds to me like u need to tune up your diet , training and motivation , and u have to be consistent in order to maintain the gains , those are a few or the sacrifices , steroids arent a miracle soultion , most of the work will have to first be put in by you .

Hey man, have you tried creatine and weight gainer shakes in between meals? Your metabolism can't be so high that eating has no effect. You just need to eat enough. Something that works for me: I went from 2000 cals a day as a small runner to about 4500 a day. after breakfast I mix 3-4 eggs into a protein shake with milk, then eat lunch like normal, workout, normal protein shake or mass gainer, then dinner, then 3-4 eggs in another protein shake, and finally some casein protein before bed. I've put on 10lbs. Haven't checked my bf, but my abs still look good and my strength gains have improved, so I'm going to go with it's mostly muscle. Try it out first. Roids are a tricky path. Do the reading, see the risks, try everything else before hand, since you're looking to just get "normal." If that doesn't satisfy you, try a PH with a good post cycle therapy (pct). Baby steps.

op ima have to agree with everyone else, you need a diet, not steroids... steroids is more for hardcore users who want big results :P

Thanks

I did not take any creatine or weight gainer shakes, I was taking 2 protein shakes; and on reflection my diet was low in calories....seems every time I will increased calories I gained fat and not muscle.

I will contact 3J.
