resetting caffeine tolerance...

I dont want to say I take in an incredibly high amount of caffeine every day, but it is fairly high. I do take a thermo in the morning...usually 645 am before I head to work, and then a scoop of N2KTS pre workout. my thing is..Im not getting that "caffeine rush" anymore, and its been a while.

Its almost like I am tired all the time unless I have some sort of caffeine in my system. does anyone know of anything that could help restore my tolerance along with a caffeine fast?

Its just hard to stay completely away from it considering I typically work early in the morning to evening construction..get in my lifts and cardio, and then head to work again at a night club, so caffeine does help.

Any advice is appreciated.

wow ! I couldn't drink more than a cup of coffee if I take N2KTS,
If your drinking pretty high amounts of caffeine, your body has adjusted to those amounts, I used to drink like 5 cups a day, it might not seem high to many, but I was addicted to it, and then I stopped completly
when I got pregnant, I went through withdraw sysmptoms, hadaches.. it was terrible.

I don't think there's any way to reduce your tolerence to caffeine, your just gonna have to cut back little by little.

Why don't you take your N2KTS in the morning and then mid day. (If you can tolerate 2 scoops)

Anytime I get a tolerance to stims I just go cold turkey off of them for 3-4 weeks. If you can still find it reset ad worked well. You could switch to something like a bulk mix of creatine, beta alanine, and l-tyrosine for the time being or even something like admantium. I like premax as a non stim preworkout but it is damn expensive for only 10 servings. Also how long have you been on the n2kts?

I take a couple of days off and that seems to reset my caffeine tolerance. But I don't take much caffeine when I do take it.

been on the n2kts for about 2 weeks now. it is by far the best pre-workout i have ever taken as far as energy goes. i usually only do 1 scoop and on days that im feeling draggy i go 1 and 1/2. ive been cutting off my thermo in the morning so i will just be taking my pre-workout. and see how that goes.

Cycling is one method but you will need a pick me up so for some that is out of the options available. I HIGHLY recommend magnesium oil for this purpose. Swansonvitamins sells it dirt cheap.
