Resources we use for everything bodybuilding!

Okay.. so we have a lot of threads that touch on very specific things (how much NAC to take? how to dose an AI? how to dose my DA, or maybe vague categories like "Training", "Nutrition", "Steroids", "First cycle help". We all answer the questions to help each other out, and then move on.

I want to make a resource list, links that will make all of our lives easier. Everything from TDEE calculator links, to Links to other sticky threads, research websites (pubmed), nutrition monitoring links (myfitnesspal, calorie king). Something where we can all update as time goes on. Stuff to help us stay organized! What do we all use to help us track workouts? Track nutrition? What do we use to aid in our sleep? What resources do we use to do all of these things?

If perhaps a mod or someone can help me make this happen, I'd like to make a sticky that we can edit as time goes on, adding in resources as users request so.

U could ask Admin ???

I for one...no shit...at 51 (ok I know I m not f k n huge but I gotta fit in and wear GI shit) myintake of supplements.....is nil.

I eat as much and often as I can or need to to stay 205-215; cook 9 out of 10 meals.
Pre work out speed pump drinks--make me shit, sick to me tummy or nervous.
My level s are checked quarterly or bi annually and any level, to date that IS to high or to low usually mean s --drop the oral or .....

I m not busting ur ball s.

I ve trained so long..my partner and I talk for 2-3 ms pre workout..decide how we re gonna do what w re to movements and hit it. Not a word spoken except between body parts. At my age I train a body part with whatever movement MY JOINTS WILL ALLOW me to....
At age 25, I benched 225, 25 times. Did dip s with 3 plates banging between my legs for 15.....now I can t bench 95 pd s or do 1 dip.

Time is a cruel contentious bitch and doing this life is as natural and habitual as it is necesary for work and sanity.

Please no offense but....I know what works for me and will alwa s answer a q...but logging shit went out in the 90 s....fkn hate paperwork....

Newbs could use this I agree...please no offense.

I can see you have great intentions buddy, but these are all things that a simple google search would address.

Also you have to bear in mind, that a few of the examples you listed - are all down to personal opinion and experience.

At some stage I have had queries on all of the above. But part of the enjoyment for me is to find my own solutions, chat to people, get a broad perspective of options available to me, and then make an informed decision governed by what I perceive would work for me.

Half the people I'm friends with on here, have helped me with my journey over the years, and I'd like to think I've paid that back tenfold.

If you start eliminating personal contact by setting up a 'link and read' system - where's the banter and debate going to go?

Like I said, I can see you have great intentions - but I'd happily leave that domain well alone :)

All the info younseek is here use the search we used to have links to threads like this you have to search. The work was done on this sort of stuff 10 years ago. I will bet there a over 100 threads that summarize what you seek.

I appreciate the feedback. I coukd see it would take away the value of a good conversation having everything laid out..

I know very well that I could likely find everything through a search, was just a cool idea I thought. Having a little database of user submitted resources used to keep us organized.

Thanks anyway :D
