so true... its funny, all the gyms ive been in, the trainers all look hardly better than the average joe. some of them are even fat. how can someone take advice from someone who doesnt practice what they preach? I wish my gym had a reverse hyper, unfortunately its a commercial gym.jcp2 said:Great machine, i think it really helped my deadlift. It is not something that works beach muscles, thierfore not worthy of fitness club space. Also peronsal trainers have no clue what it is, so they cannot work it into their clients routines. Also you don't get it from commercial gym equipment companies.

i have no doubt you could train someone BB, but in the commercial gyms, most people hire their trainers to lose fat and "get in shape" . most of these types of trainers dont have any clue of what they are doing. well im speaking of the ones ive seen anyway. im sure there are those who are very educated and look the part as well.

i know i was just having fun..
there are good trainers out there but prolly very hard to find..
besides people want to say "i have a trainer"..and since trainers will keep people guessing aobut what their next workout will look like it must be working right? lol
Dot get me wrong not everyone that walks inot a gym male or female most likely does not want to learn how to squat or pull..but i think if the person is healthy enough those are the things they should be doing except modifying their reps/weight..most women wanna tone their asses right? well besides ATF squats they should prolly be doing some Dimels too..I got one female at my gym doing them and she said she loves them
the trainers at my gym are youre typical "show offs" when they lift..they move heavy weight with very bad form and grunt very loudly..if they are trainng themselves in this way it tells me they dont have a fucking clue about results..period

What should I do for abs?

thanks
