Reverse Hyper - Why is this not a gym staple?

I have been to many gyms and I have yet to see this in one. Why? I see worthless smith machines and decline benches but no Reverse Hypers. Anyone know if there any gyms in San Bernardino or Riverside Country that has one?

thanks

Can't help you out - but I do share your frustration. Reverse hypers helped eliminate the back pain and soreness I was having for a while. Highly recommended by Louie Simmons and - for what it's worth - me.

Great machine, i think it really helped my deadlift. It is not something that works beach muscles, thierfore not worthy of fitness club space. Also peronsal trainers have no clue what it is, so they cannot work it into their clients routines. Also you don't get it from commercial gym equipment companies.

so true... its funny, all the gyms ive been in, the trainers all look hardly better than the average joe. some of them are even fat. how can someone take advice from someone who doesnt practice what they preach? I wish my gym had a reverse hyper, unfortunately its a commercial gym.

Im fat but im sure i could train someone
saw a trainer from my gym doing side alterals with 70# DB's
well at least thats what he thought he was doing..

this guy is the best he goes for 1 and 2 rep maxes on the lat pull down machine LOL fucking assclown

Every time I see one of the trainers at my gym working with someone, I always think, "WTF?" It looks like they just randomly pick excercises: "Let's do lunges, curls, butterflies and end with the hip abductor machine."

i have no doubt you could train someone BB, but in the commercial gyms, most people hire their trainers to lose fat and "get in shape" . most of these types of trainers dont have any clue of what they are doing. well im speaking of the ones ive seen anyway. im sure there are those who are very educated and look the part as well.

i know i was just having fun..
there are good trainers out there but prolly very hard to find..

besides people want to say "i have a trainer"..and since trainers will keep people guessing aobut what their next workout will look like it must be working right? lol

Dot get me wrong not everyone that walks inot a gym male or female most likely does not want to learn how to squat or pull..but i think if the person is healthy enough those are the things they should be doing except modifying their reps/weight..most women wanna tone their asses right? well besides ATF squats they should prolly be doing some Dimels too..I got one female at my gym doing them and she said she loves them

the trainers at my gym are youre typical "show offs" when they lift..they move heavy weight with very bad form and grunt very loudly..if they are trainng themselves in this way it tells me they dont have a fucking clue about results..period

the majority of powerlifting is your backside, woman should be doing just about everything we do on our dead and squat days.

Guys, I don't wanna get too big like Ronnie Coleman.

What should I do for abs?

That's my favorite! Some woman that's never excercised a day in her life asks for some advice on working out and her first concern is, "I don't want to get to big and buff like some body builder."

whats wrong with a decline bench? i like them and have my clients normally do them whe starting off. great tool to increase your raw bench.

I find that it over works the front delts. Mot arguing but what do you like about it that you cant get from supine or incline presses?
