Revised Diet

Stats: 24yrs old, 5”10ft, weight: 215 BF% is somewhere between 25-30%

Thanks to all the knowledgeable bro’s for putting in their input to increase my chances at completing my goals.

6:30am – Cardio 1 Hour

7:30am – Oatmeal, 6 egg whites, and 2 yolks

10:00am – Chicken, brown rice and veggies

12:30pm – Protein Shake

3:00pm – Turkey & Grapefruit

5:30pm(Pre-Work-out meal) – Chicken and Oats

6:30pm – Gym

7:30pm – Protein Shake w/ Creatine and peanut butter

9:30pm – Cardio 1 Hour

10:30pm – Cottage chesse

11:00pm - Bed

My goal is to lose 45 pounds by Jan. 2005, is it do'able? If not what can i change to reach my goal.

On a side note, i will be starting a cycle of Winny/Anavar/Clen in October.

It looks very low fat. Animal fat is needed for maintaining testosterone levels, and this becomes even more important when dieting. Eat only whole eggs.

Toss out the peanut butter with the protein shake. It's not a good idea.
 
what frosty said, but other then that it look pretty good. Maybe throw in another protien shake, perhaps in the middle of the night wake up and drink it. When dieting there is a very high probability that muscle will be lost, you want to lose as little as possible. As for 45 lbs I think it is doable. If you stay on track and dont fuck up you should be there. Make sure not to skip cardio and not to skip meals. Also a cheat day once in a while HAS to be there. As strange as is sounds eating shitty once in a while helps you continue to lose wieght when dieting. I dont mean every other day but once every 10 days or something. Expiriment for yourself and see how you react
