Revised Diet..added whey protein

Okay here is my revised diet.... Here are my 5 meals for the day I'm not sure if I should eat them in any special order?
Right now I do my cardio in the AM and do weights later in the day....but in about a month I will be switching to doing my cardio at 3 in the middle of the day and most likely my weight training right after that...or a few hours later.
Meal#1 kashi go lean
Meal#2 whey protein shake
Meal#3 1 serving citrus fruit 1 serving berry fruit
Meal#4 power crunch whey protein bar
Meal#5 3 cups spinach leaf 3 eggwhites, cucumber, carrots with balsalmic vinegar and 2 cans v8 as soup
Here is my calorie summary

Total: 1029 (keep in mind I'm only 5'2)
Fat:14g 13%
Carbs:154g 51%
Fiber:29g
Protein:88g 36%

I'm giving myself 3 months to do this I'm aiming to loose about 20-25 lbs. But I care more so about my Bf%. Does this look like a good plan?My goal is not body building but more a lean fit look..
 
I would be worried most about Meal #3 with the sugar in the fruit, and the V8 containing preservatives, sugar, sodium....
Someone with more knowledge could answer this better than I.
