Boston already found a way to get to the Habs which Philly will exploit....physical play. When Boston out hit the Canadiens it hugely affected their game and the Bruins won. Price is a good young goaltender. Knuble will be missed by Philly. I think Philly has a chance to upset but I give it to Montreal.
I believe Pitt should take NY but Lundqvist is playing great so watch out Pitt. Even with all the offensive weapons NY has I think Pitt is more dangerous...it will come down to of course goaltending.
Detroit vs. Colorado is always a good matchup even though it's lost some of it's luster. I still think Detroit is dangerous. Colorado has a great goaltender in Theodore but the Avs are aged...I think Detroit will wear them down and take it.
I agree with you here. San Jose should take it. Stars have a young defense with Zubov out. Nabokov will need to be better than Turco.

I can't believe that the Av's lost 8-2 in an elimination game. I didn't watch any of those games....been catching the Eastern conference games.
Philly pulled off the upset...I wasn't that surprised. The Canadiens didn't look that talented and 16 of their points came against the Bruins. If the Bruins had won just half of those games they would have been tied with Pittsburgh for first.
Pitt won like we all figured. You look at the Rangers though and they have some talent. Lundqvist is a great goaltender but couldn't stop the onslaught.
San Jose is putting a scare into the Stars and whichever team emerges from this is going to be bruised and battered when they take on the rested Red Wings.
I still think Detroit will take the West.
Pitt and Philly could be an interesting series. Biron is playing unbelievably and they are getting some balanced scoring. Pitt could be in for an upset. Let's hope the Penguins stay healthy because they will need everyone to get past Philly.
