Any opinions on what the best and most affordable RTD (ready to drink) protein shakes are? I realize the most cost efficient thing would be to premix your own and take along blah blah blah, but I work long hours a lot and sometimes am really pinched for time, it would be nice to have something I could always have on hand in case of these times, but I'd rather not have to take out a loan in order to get them. Any advice would be cool.
