RUI package stuck at processing in Canadian customs

Just wondering how long is the most you have waited on a package from RUI to clear the Canadian customs? I've been waiting on a package from them for around four weeks now (sitting at border for three) and was wondering what people's experience was with getting RUI packages to Canada. Wondering if I should try contacting RUI about the situation or wait until I get a letter in the mail saying that customs for sure have taken it.

I have never lost a package. Customs are really slow at times also. RUI can't do anything about customs. but if you get a seizure letter then contact them.

I'd like to add I get my orders in around 1 week and have had MANY over the years.

For anyone interested I eventually got a seizure letter in the mail instead of the package. Surprisingly the only problem was with the Toremifene and they didn't care about the AI and accessories which I had in the order.
