I ordered my first time from RUI about a week ago which was a bunch of syringes. They had shorted me two syringes, I ordered 50 only got 48. I e-mailed them about it and they sent out another shipment for me free of charge.

That has been the best service I've ever had from any company. Definitely my favorite place to shop from now on.

I don't know about being pricey, but it's the best place for syringes. Yeah, their ancillaries are pricey, but I can't say anything about the quality.

I've only ordered from them twice, but both times they have delivered exactly what I ordered, and it came quickly. I've never ordered from anyone else, or even priced anywhere else so I can't say whether their prices are competitive, but I am happy with the prices that they charge and I will always order from them.

I have heard great things about RUI. I personally havent ordered from them though, always wondered why they are more expensive then other well known sites?
