Depends what you are using it for. If for gyno read the FAQs threads linked in my signature. It covers using Ralox for gyno.

Is it ok to flip flop from nolva to ralox? I have seen ralox dosed at 60-80mg/day for thread starter

Yes you cn transition right from nolva to ralox with no problem. Id till fromtload the ralox in week one however.
