Hey names matt I am 20 years old I have been going to the gym for the past 2 almost 3 years now, I started going in high school because I didn't like the way I looked My weight when i started going was 310 Lbs at a Bf% of 38%. So currently as I stand I weigh 217 Lbs at 25% Bodyfat because i am still bigger im not trying to be on a bulk type diet Im more aiming towards a clean bulk as much as possible my diet is in check im at about 2000-2500 cal per day I drink enough water to make a camel drop my question is although it is only a small cycle in your opinion will i be ok to do so with the weight and Bf% i am at i know a lot of people say Cut your bodyfat % low before doing anything
