Running on off days?

A few weeks ago I finished a cycle, and am now on post cycle therapy (pct). I bought supplements to help me maintain my gains, as well as enhance them. I have also upped my calories. I workout very hard 5 days a week, along with 20 minutes of high intensity cardio immediately after I lift. I know HIIT cardio is muscle sparring if done properly, but I was wondering if jogging around town on my two off days from lifting would burn off muscle? Sometimes I just feel like going for a run on my off days, but am worried that I might burn off some muscle. Any help is much appreciated.
