Anyone have issues with ordering through them before? I dont get whats with the Order Declined, then all of a sudden it says its been shipped to me, then the order i made previous to that is still being processed. Yet my payments have been taken out of my account for it. Just kind of pondering on the subject. Sent them an email... still waiting on a response from them

Just got everything sorted out. Was just an oversight. They're even going to throw in some freebies. Thought that was pretty sweet. Wasnt making a big deal out of it, just wanted to clarify the status's. Great customer care in my book, Ill be going back

Freebies? I love freebies. Always a pleasant surprise when you open up that precious brown box and there is more than you expected.

Sounds like legit customer service, getting harder to find nowadays.

Yeah they emailed me, It got over looked in the system for some reason. So they fixed the issue, and for the inconvenience they were sending me some extra goodies. I said it wasnt necessary. But its good to know they look after there customers even for a little mishap.
