I did my research on hcg , i found that there is a lot of controversy and i don't care about that
what i care for its the safe usage

I read the standard pct topic then when i read the replies of the other users i see different thing

In standard pct topic the guy suggests that any cycle involving progesterone is heavy cycle so a cycle like test deca anavar would be considered heavy ? for real ?

If were talking about HCG, Its for use on cycle only. Not during PCT as it is suppressive. 250Ius twice a week all the way up until 4 days out from PCT. I don't subscribe to the 10 day blast theory.

For a 1st cycle?? Yes. Too many compounds at once, no matter the dosages.

Gonads do not permanently shrink unless your HPTA fails to recover. Use hCG on cycle, and avoid it post cycle. That's how you benefit from hCG. Test and deca is certainly a heavy cycle. A single 200 mg injection of nandrolone will almost immediately halt production.

What controversy are you referring to in regards to HCG?
If you don't want to get involved with sketchy stuff or controversies.....
Don't use AAS.
