Interesting. Could you back up how our records are "safe" if one of us purchased research chemicals that were illegal somehow in our respective state through your site and LE submitted a warrant for our records? I don't expect an answer because there isn't one; our records not - in a statutory sense and certainly not by any constitutional powers - "safe".
Not even the emails that people send inquiring about orders are safe if a warrant is obtained on them.


Title 18 USC § 2703. Required disclosure of customer communications or records


(a) Contents of Wire or Electronic Communications in Electronic Storage.— A governmental entity may require the disclosure by a provider of electronic communication service of the contents of a wire or electronic communication, that is in electronic storage in an electronic communications system for one hundred and eighty days or less, only pursuant to a warrant issued using the procedures described in the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure by a court with jurisdiction over the offense under investigation or equivalent State warrant. A governmental entity may require the disclosure by a provider of electronic communications services of the contents of a wire or electronic communication that has been in electronic storage in an electronic communications system for more than one hundred and eighty days by the means available under subsection (b) of this section.

Some of the products might not be illegal but don’t purport to be concerned about our immunity from LE if a situation were to arise.

So this basically says that if we’re caught with the products ordered from your site it’s our ass for buying and not yours at all for selling; it’s assumed all of us are legal/licensed researchers that are buying those products. So if you have zero liability when we purchase something off the site (which you obviously don’t because it would take LE two seconds to come on this website or any others you advertise specials and promos on and see that you purposely direct your advertisements to bodybuilders and athletes who aren’t even remotely close to being licensed researchers in any form) what incentive is there for you to resist a request from law enforcement for our “records”?

I don’t mean to come across as a dick, but don’t try and boost business by capitalizing on the fears of people not knowing who they can trust with all the recent gear busts. Saying shit like, “It should be understood that this is not possible. We are not involved in any illegal activity, meaning we do not participate in the manufacturing or selling of steroids.” So manufacturing or selling steroids is the only kind of illegal activity there is out there? Negative. Is it possible for our records to be compromised in some way? You bet.


Be straight up with people, instead of making them think they’re safe and protected just be forthright and tell them “I won’t give your info up until the cops ask for it. Order at your own risk.”

each state will be different so it's up to you to know whats Legal and what’s not like in Florida you can walk in to CVS or Walgreens and buy a needle with no problem but in Massachusetts if you get caught with a needle if the cop wants to be a dick and it is the law it can be 1 year in jail for having one.
