safflower oil

if one were to use safflower oil.. is there anything to be aware of, or to look out for? ive read somewhere, but cant seem to find it... that some safflower oils are high in oleic acid, and some high in linoleic acid... wich type would u use? or can u get a pure safflower oil without either? thx

lmao. right. gso is like... num 1 recomended by everybody.. i just dont like the greenish tint to it :x

I remember reading from someone here, the guy that has albert einstein as his avatar, that safflower goes particularly well with eo, so imma jus use that.
