I am cutting and everyday i like to eat a salad but i cannot eat it plain. It needs to be drowning in some type of dressing. Any good dressing's out there that don't have 30carbs or 20 grams of fat??
I use olive oil, with a little vinegar, and salt and pepper. You could use White, red wine, apple cider, or balsmic vinegar. All are good, depending on whats in your salad. Olive oil is a good source of EFA's.
